Free Shipping, Delivery & Returns Information

All orders are dispatched either on the same, or next working day - depending on the time you complete the order payment.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free shipping to all UK and Northern Ireland addresses, including the highlands and islands, with the following caveats;

  • The order value must total £60 or over.
  • Excludes repairs & servicing purchases (which also don't count towards the minimum order value to qualify for free shipping of other goods).

Goods will be shipped via 24 hour courier service, and should arrive 1-2 days after dispatch.

Nail Gun Repairs & Servicing Shipping

If you specify the 'delivery' option when ordering, you will be charged for the cost of returning the repaired / serviced nail gun back to you after completion.

We will contact you with address information, and you will need to arrange the delivery of the nailgun to us yourself. We strongly suggest that you purchase a tracked service with adequate insurance cover, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit to us. Please do not include any batteries or gas in the parcel you send us.

We will return the item to you after repair or servicing, using a tracked and insured 24 hour courier service. We specify £200 courier insurance per nailgun shipped, and in the case of loss or damage to your goods during the return shipment, we will negotiate with the courier company on your behalf, and pass on any compensation they provide, if any, in full, but that will be the limit of our liability in the matter.

Please ensure someone is in attendance to sign for all deliveries, and if any parcel looks to be damaged, this must be made clear to the delivery driver, and noted on the delivery, before signing for it.

On delivery, please check the contents of the parcel carefully, and notify us within 7 days of any damages, shortages or incorrect items.

Returning Faulty, Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Goods

Faulty, damaged, incomplete or incorrect goods can be returned, under our guarantee, anytime within 30 days of purchase (This does not include goods that the customer orders mistakenly). For any goods damaged in transit, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt, or we will be unable to accept the return.

You will have the choice of receiving a replacement item, up to the same value, or a full refund inclusive of carriage costs. Once we receive the goods back, we will check them over, and if confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will send the replacement or credit your original payment method within 2 working days.

Returning Unwanted Items

Unwanted items can be returned to us anytime within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund, less carriage costs, and a 20% restocking fee. If the item was originally sent with 'free' delivery, a carriage cost of £5 will be assumed and deducted.

Arranging carriage for the goods back to us will be your own responsibility, and at your expense, and we strongly suggest that you purchase a tracked service with adequate insurance, as we will not refund any items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Items must be returned in good condition, with any accessories, fixings or original boxes intact, where applicable.

Once we receive the item back, we will check it over and issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 working days.
